Cook County Disaster Grant
The Cook County Disaster Grant (CCDG) has been established to assist businesses, families and individuals who were impacted by the severe storms and flooding that occurred between September 13th, 2008 and October 5th, 2008.
The US Health and Human Services Agency is providing additional Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) funding to impacted Illinois counties, specifically for health and human services needs. This funding has been made available through the Office of Security and Emergency Preparedness within the Illinois Department of Human Services.
