Transparency

Illinois has experienced it's share of political ups and downs in recent years. Tracking and assessing our civic health is an important basis for public policy.  To that end the National Conference on Citizenship (NCoC), in partnership with the Civic Indicators Working Group, has published annual reports since 2006, each entitled America's Civic Health Index.
